Site Utilization
Maximizing the available space to meet housing demands while integrating parking solutions.

Affordable Housing Focus: Ensuring the development includes affordable dwellings to meet local housing needs.

Floor Plan Variety: Incorporating a mix of three different types of floor plans to provide diverse housing options and cater to varying household needs.

Environmental Considerations: Addressing sustainability and environmental impact in the design process to align with local planning regulations and community expectations.

Community Impact
The conversion of this green space into residential units aims to contribute positively to the community by addressing housing shortages and revitalizing the area while maintaining access to Chichester Wharf.
